Breaking news - Peers to wear robes but no coronets
Palace made U turn, says the headline in The Telegraph.
" A palace source acknowledged that the original decision was made partly in keeping with the look and feel of the Coronation. "
Seems the original decision allowed business suit or "parliamentary ermine".
I need to read more and dig further for the facts but it has been very disappointing.
